RETURN/EXCHANGE 

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it if it does not meet your expectations. We reserve the right to refuse a return if:
 

• The item is returned after the 14-day period has expired;

• Its condition differs from the original state at the time of purchase.

Return conditions:

• The item has not been used and retains its original appearance.

• All tags, seals, packaging, and any included accessories are intact.

The item must be returned without signs of use, with all original tags, seals, and packaging intact as provided at the time of purchase. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of a clear product defect.
